About Simplif

Simplif is a Shopify application that enables merchants to automate their influencer gifting programs. The app allows merchants to create customised gifting forms, collect influencer shipping information, and automatically generate orders within their Shopify store.

Simplif is operated independently and is available through the Shopify App Store. Use of Simplif is also subject to Shopify's Terms of Service.

Eligibility

To use Simplif, you must:

• Have an active Shopify store in good standing
• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of a business
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Subscription Plans and Billing

Simplif offers the following plans:

Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time through the app settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Simplif only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the app to collect personal data without a lawful basis or without appropriate disclosures to influencers
• Use the app to send spam, unsolicited communications, or misleading content to influencers
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the Simplif application
• Use the service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or interact with the service outside of its intended functionality

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using Simplif, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the legal right to collect and process personal data from influencers who submit your gifting forms
• Maintaining a clear and accessible privacy policy on your own website that informs influencers how their data will be used
• Ensuring orders created through Simplif comply with your own fulfilment obligations and Shopify's terms
• The accuracy of product information, discount codes, and order limits configured within the app
• Any communications you send to influencers using contact information collected through the app
• The quality, safety, legality, and accurate description of all products sent to influencers through gifting programmes facilitated by Simplif
• All fulfilment, shipping, and post-delivery matters, including lost, delayed, or damaged orders — Simplif bears no responsibility for any issues relating to products or their delivery
• Ensuring your influencer gifting campaigns comply with applicable advertising standards, consumer protection laws, and any obligations to disclose gifted products
• Managing all aspects of the influencer relationship directly, including any agreed promotional obligations — Simplif does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the conduct or output of any influencer

Influencer Terms of Use

If you are an influencer submitting information through a gifting form powered by Simplif, the following applies to you:

• No obligation to post: Submitting a gifting request through Simplif does not create any obligation — express or implied — to post, review, promote, or otherwise feature received products on any social media platform or elsewhere.
• Product and delivery responsibility: Simplif is not involved in the packaging, quality, shipping, or delivery of any products. All responsibility for products rests solely with the merchant. Simplif is not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders.
• No employment or agency relationship: Nothing in your use of Simplif creates any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Simplif.
• Disputes with merchants: Any disputes regarding products, compensation, collaboration terms, or promotional arrangements are strictly between you and the relevant merchant. Simplif is not a party to those arrangements.
• Accuracy of information: You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you submit through a Simplif-powered form, including your name, shipping address, and product selections.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Simplif application, including its design, code, branding, and content, are owned by or licensed to Simplif. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of all merchant content you upload to Simplif, including your company name, logo, and product information. By uploading content, you grant Simplif a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of operating the service on your behalf.

Availability and Uptime

We aim to keep Simplif available and reliable at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Planned maintenance, Shopify platform issues, or unforeseen technical problems may result in temporary downtime.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify merchants of planned maintenance in advance and to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of an outage.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simplif shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service
• Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions or errors
• Any issues arising from Shopify platform outages or changes to Shopify's API
• Orders created incorrectly due to merchant configuration errors within the app

Disclaimer of Warranties

Simplif is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Third-Party Services

Simplif integrates with and relies on third-party services including Shopify, Stripe, and Hostinger. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Simplif is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

Termination

You may stop using Simplif at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. Upon uninstallation, our access to your store data is revoked immediately per Shopify's platform rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Simplif at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
